Dear Club Coaches,

I’d like to inform you that we tried to run the Hampshire Judo AGM on
Sunday 6th April, unfortunately we were one club away from being able to
form a Quorum so were unable to hold the AGM. Instead we held a Committee
meeting, the minutes of which will be available soon from our website.
Therefore we need to arrange a different date to hold the AGM on


We are going to hold the AGM on Tuesday 13th May between 7:30pm – 9:30

The location is
The Board Room (larger room on the buildings top floor)
The University of Winchester,
University Centre Building
Sparkford Road,
SO22 4NR.

Parking: All parking on the site is free at this time, the largest car
park is signposted the Main Car Park or ‘Dytche’ located on the right as
you come down the hill.

There are a number of roles that we need to fill, descriptions for these
roles can be found on our website at
If you would like to nominate anyone for a role, this should be sent to
the not later than 14 days before the date
of the AGM.

Any Proposals for consideration at the AGM must be sent to not later than 14 days before the date
of the AGM.

Any nominations/proposals will then circulated to all clubs no later than
7 days before the AGM.
