There are a number of courses that coaches can attend, all of which are published on both The British Judo Association website and on the calendar for judo’s Southern Area.

If you are interested in becoming a coach, further details are available on the Coaching Pathway of the BJA website.

In addition to a coaching qualification, you will need Safeguarding and Welfare Training.

If you are an adult wishing to partake in Safeguarding or Welfare Training anyway, you could complete this online BJA course or attend one of the Sports Coach courses you can find out about here.
