Hampshire Judo AGM 2019

Hampshire Judo Annual General Meeting 

Tuesday 7th May 7:00pm

Fleming Park Leisure Centre. Passfield Avenue, Eastleigh SO50 9NL

The AGM will start at 7:00pm. We plan for it to last no longer than 60 minutes.

If any club has any proposals for consideration at the AGM, please can
they sent to secretary@hampshirejudo.uk no later than 14 days before the AGM, which is Monday 22nd April

Committee Nominations

There are two roles that have to be filled on the executive Committee.

This year the Chair’s position reaches the end of it’s three year cycle and therefore we need to elect a Chair for Hampshire Judo. The current has indicated that he is happy to continue in this position.

Due to increasing demands on his time from a work perspective Roland Fugh is stepping down from his role of Treasurer at the AGM, therefore we also need to elect a new Treasurer for Hampshire Judo.

The following committee roles are due to election this year

  • Special Needs Co-Ordinator
  • Coaching Co-Ordinator
  • Grading Co-Ordinator
  • County Welfare Officer
  • County Senior Examiner
  • Refereeing Co-Ordinator
  • Table Officials Co-Ordinator
  • Representative to Southern Area Judo
  • Competitions Co-Ordinator
  • Communications Co-Ordinator

Nominations for any of these roles must be sent to
secretary@hampshirejudo.org.uk no later than 14 days before the AGM, which is Monday 22nd April.
